Off Season High School Diving Training

Looking for some additional off season training but can't commit to a year-round diving program? Look no further!

The Schroeder Diving Team offers a summer-long training session specifically designed for high school divers or someone that will be starting high school diving next year. This program is designed with an emphasis on one meter springboard diving.  Participants will not only increases their ability on one meter but will have an opportunity to learn skills on trampoline, dry board, overhead spotting rig, 3 meter springboards and platforms.  Practice will be held that the nationally renowned Walter Schroeder Aquatic Center which has all of the tools available to effectively and efficiently teach the skills needed for advancement. This program is coached by Head diving Coach Todd Hill.  This program is limited to 10 participants so register now to save your spot!

Practice Time:Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday 11:00-1:00

Session Fee:$550 - Register Here

*The link above will take you an online form to complete your registration.  We ask at least a $50 non-rufundable deposit to hold your spot.  You will have to option to pay online via google checkout or you may print of the confirmation email send it with a check C.O. Todd Hill to the address listed above.  The check is made out to "WSAC".  You may choose to pay for the full session fee at this time of registration via credit card.  Any remaining balance is to be paid via check on the first day of practice.

USA Diving Registration

High School program participants are required to have a limited membership with USA Diving in order to participate.  Registration is completed online at the USA Diving Website (www.usadiving.org) at a cost of $12.  Registration is good from September 1, 2012 - August 31, 2013.  This needs to be completed before the first day of practice. Once you register registered for the program above you will receive an email with detailed instructions on how to complete the USA Diving registration.

Why choose this program over other summer diving camps?

Most camps are good and most camps you will learn dives in the week or two that you attend.  The problem arises when the diver doesn't have a coach that knows the techniques that were taught at that week long dive camp.  Divers tend to lose those acquired skills without consistent training.  With this program you will get consistent training over a two month period from head coach Todd Hill.
